Insta Erma wins second straight in Belmont allowance
Zayat Stables' Insta Erma won her second consecutive turf allowance contest Sept. 15 at Belmont Park, scoring by one length in the seven-furlong affair.

The 3-year-old daughter of Pioneerof the Nile, who was facing older horses for the first time, took over the lead in upper stretch and was on cruise control late as she stopped the timer in 1:21.83, earning a lifetime-best Beyer Speed Figure of 89.

With the win, Insta Erma upped her lifetime mark to 3-1-0 in six starts and has now earned $106,030.

Homebred Insta Erma is a half-sister to the stakes winner Mordi's Miracle and is out of Enchanted Woods, who placed Grade 3 Las Flores H.
