Zayat Stables' homebred 3-year-old filly My Sweet Stella led all the way in a 1 1/16-mile Churchill Downs allowance contest on June 24, ultimately coming home a comfortable 2 3/4-length winner.

My Sweet Stella took control soon after the break and was up by as much as five lengths in mid-stretch and easily held her spot under a solid ride from Jon Court.

The final time on a fast main track was 1:44.50.

My Sweet Stella finished second in both the Dixie Belle S. and Martha Washington S. at Oaklawn Park earlier this year and is now 2-3-0 in 12 starts and has earned $137,966 after picking up $33,180 for her win.

The winner is trained by D. Wayne Lukas and is the second foal out of Zayat's winning mare Megalicious, who is a sister to four-time stakes winner Abbondanza.
